MATERIALS:
• 400 g of wet udon 
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, for sauteing 
• 75 g of beef meat, thinly sliced 
• 5 carr 
sauce , cut into 4 cm • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 
BUMBU:
• 20 g onion bornbay, roughly cut 
• 1 clove garlic, crushed, chopped 
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, finely crushed 
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
• Salt to taste 
HOW TO MAKE YAKI UDON MEATS:
1. Heat vegetable oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. 
Enter the meat, stirring until stiff. 
2. Add chives, black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mix well. 
3. Enter the udon, mix well. Put salt, stir again until blended.
4. Lift and serve while warm.
